Diana Taylor

Diana Taylor is university professor of performance studies and Spanish at NYU. Author of the award-winning The Archive and the Repertoire (2003), Performance (2016) and ¡Presente! The Politics of Presence (2020), among others, she founded and directed the Hemispheric Institute (1998–2020), was a Guggenheim Fellow, president of the Modern Language Association, and is a current member of the Academy of Arts and Science.
