Sarmistha Dutta Gupta

Sarmistha Dutta Gupta is a researcher, writer and feminist activist. She is the founder editor of Ebong Alap, an organization that aims to bridge vital information gaps and reduce the English–local language and rural–urban divide in knowledge hierarchy pertaining to gender, sexuality and queer issues. She is the author of Identities and Histories: Women’s Writings and Politics in Bengal (2010).
