Gila Walker

Gila Walker is the translator of more than a hundred books and articles from French, including texts by Jacques Derrida, Tzvetan Todorov, Maurice Maeterlinck, and Shmuel Trigano. For Seagull Books, she has also recently translated Léonora Miano’s critically acclaimed novel Season of the Shadow and Nathalie Etoke’s Shades of Black, among others.
