Ketu H. Katrak is a professor emerita of drama at the University of California, Irvine. Author of Jay Pather: Performance and Spatial Politics in South Africa (2021); Contemporary Indian Dance: New Creative Choreography in India and the Diaspora (2011); Politics of the Female Body: Postcolonial Women Writers (2006), among other publications on African and postcolonial writers, performance and feminist theory, Katrak is a recipient of a Fulbright Research Award to India, and the Bunting Institute Fellowship.
