Benode Behari Mukherjee (1904–1980) was an Indian painter and muralist closely associated with Visva-Bharati’s Kala Bhavana at Santiniketan, where he studied under Nandalal Bose and later taught for decades. Celebrated for ambitious murals and a searching modernist practice, he continued to work after losing his sight in 1957.
