Roopa Pai is a Bangalore-based children’s author and journalist with over 20 published books to her credit. She is the creator of Taranauts, India’s first fantasy-adventure series for children, and the author of the national bestseller The Gita for Children, which won the 2016 Crossword Award for children’s writing. Known for her engaging storytelling and ability to simplify complex subjects, her work spans history, science, philosophy and mythology.
