Collection: Sange Dorjee Thongdok

Sange Dorjee Thongdok hails from the Shertukpen tribe of Arunachal Pradesh in North-East India. He is an acclaimed filmmaker and sociologist. An alumnus of the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute, his debut feature Crossing Bridges was the first in the Shertukpen dialect and won a National Award. His documentary The Nest premiered at IFFI 2016, earning multiple awards. A Berlin Talent Campus participant, Thongdok’s latest film River Song premiered at the Indian Film Festival in Stuttgart. He has also served as a jury member for prestigious film festivals.
